Take a moment to become aware

When was the last time that time stopped for you?

In some countries, time is not a race against the clock. Not everyone is trying to achieve their goals “as fast as possible”. In some countries, an unexpected event is an opportunity to pause for a moment. This is a question of attitude; it is a way of living.

Coronavirus was a blessed unexpected event, don’t you think? It forced us to stop. It made us let go of certain things to be able to rethink how we think, how we work, how we live at home, our interactions with others, our impact on nature.

How do you feel? How is it for you? How does it affect you and your family? Your colleagues, your friends, your neighbours?

Isn’t it time to stop for just one moment, to become aware of what is happening inside of you so that you can then open your heart and become aware of what is happening outside?

An article published today on the RTS website tells us that “Water in the canals of Venice became clear again in 10 days”.

Nature is reclaiming its rights. Have you heard the birds sing recently? Have you seen that there are no more airplanes in the sky? Have you smelled the scents of nature?

Pause for a moment to become aware of what is happening in the world…

Thank you to everyone who makes sure that we still have access to necessities.

Thank you to everyone creating and working in solidarity movements.

Thank you to the teaching staff struggling to find solutions so that learning can go on.

Within our means, let’s support parents and everyone who has to adapt to this new situation.

Let’s clap at 9 pm every evening for caregivers and their families, to show gratitude, with the energy of our heart.

Let’s reflect on our heart to open our consciousness and open ourselves to the world.

The energies are powerful. Even from a distance there is much we can do.

What does your inner voice tell you about all of this? What are your goals for today? And for tomorrow? Will they match your values? Will your families and your loved ones be included in them? What impact will they have on the planet?
