My coaching philosophy
My coaching approach is holistic. I take into consideration the 4 fundamental dimensions of the human being: physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. I guide you to acquire a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions and of the signs that your body is giving you. I help you to listen to the messages that you receive from your intuition and your soul.
I create a space for your reflections, a time for you during which you can set things out, express your sorrows, your fears, your frustrations and your doubts. A space in which you can move forward, evolve and create confidently and safely with joy and pleasure.
I go deep and explore with you what can be brought to the surface, to your awareness. I am here, with you, for you, with respect, gentleness and kindness and energetic and humorous energy to bring some reassurance, relief and calm.
For the past 20 years I’ve been training in various guidance methods and I offer them to you as per your needs. Passionate about communication, coaching and NLP and I am particularly fond of techniques based on relaxation, breathing, creative visualization, meditation and hypnosis. I find them magical because they enable a natural and gentle access to your inner strengths and potential.
On top of that, I work with the help of the subtle realm. I channel messages from light beings which adds another dimension to my work. It is frequent that an energetic healing and treatment happen during a session.

1. Assessment
What would you like to create?
- You take time to set things down and state your needs.
- I assess your physical and emotional state and help you to shed light on what is important to you and what is preventing you from moving forward.
- Together, we define what you want to create and the goals you wish to achieve.
2. Balance
What balance do you want to establish in your life?
- Gently and at your pace, I support you and guide you so you can free yourself of the fears, beliefs and structures that hold you back.
- You learn to understand your feelings, to accommodate and listen to your emotions, tame your perceptions and refine your intuition
- I help you to define what gives you energy and what drains your energy.
- I work with you so that you can create and maintain healthy relationships that nourish and stimulate you.
3. Leadership
Are you the leader of your life?
- Communication, self-assertiveness, self-confidence and self-esteem: I evaluate where you stand and we work together to establish and assert your leadership.
- You define what your values are and why they are important to you.
- I guide you so that you can access your creativity.
- We shed light on your strengths, your competences, your gifts and your talents and we explore how you can put them to good use for a healthy and balanced private and professional life.
4. Mission and vision
What meaning do you want to give to your life?
- After the first three stages, your body is reenergized and your mind has found clarity.
- We assess where you are in your awareness of yourself, the world and others and whether you are aligned with your needs and your values.
- You define what your mission is for this life and what is the vision.
- You set your project and I help you define your intentions for the future.
5. Action
You are ready in your new posture.
- I make sure that you don’t miss anything and that you have all the tools in hand to move forward with confidence, joy and in your own energy.
- You chart your new course by being aligned with your values, respecting who you are and others.
